Our Founders

Bobcat Oilfield Solutions and Services (BOSS) was officially recognized by the State of Louisiana as a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) on April 12th, 2019. Charles Prather and Kevin Guidry both had extensive experience in the oil and gas industry with different oilfield service companies. Charles had accumulated 39 years of experience across three service companies, while Kevin had 30 years of experience specifically with oil and gas tubular service companies. Charles had been employed by an international service company, whereas Kevin had developed a business plan to establish his own tubular service company based on his prior work experience. With dedication and hard work, Charles and Kevin successfully built their business. BOSS has now evolved into a multi-site operation spanning South Louisiana, offering a range of services tailored to the oilfield industry.
